These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resabl (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by Qrerve, LLC ("Qrerve," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program description. The Resabl messaging program sends service-related SMS text messages from Resabl to account holders, staff users, and guests who provide a mobile number and consent to receive texts from Resabl. Messages may include one-time sign-in and security verification codes, account alerts, reservation confirmations and updates, check-in or guest-portal links, and other transactional notifications. Some messages relate to a stay or account at a campground, RV park, or related property that uses Resabl software; Resabl is the sender of all SMS delivered through this program. Enrolling in SMS is optional. A mobile number is not required to create an account, sign in, or use the Service - account holders can verify sign-in by email, and guests can book by providing an email address instead of a phone number.
2. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from Resabl. After you send STOP, Resabl will send a confirmation text. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Resabl unless you opt in again. To receive messages again, sign up or add your mobile number through the same process you used originally.
3. Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message from Resabl for assistance, or contact us directly at admin@resabl.com.
4. Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates; frequency. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you by Resabl and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. Message frequency varies. You may receive authentication codes when signing in to Resabl. You may also receive reservation-related and operational messages based on account activity and property settings. Authentication messages are sent only when needed for verification or security.
6. Privacy and mobile data. If you have questions about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent you provide to Resabl are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use this information only to deliver the service-related messages described in these terms.
These terms apply to your use of the Resabl websites and software. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Resabl provides cloud software for reservation and property management. Features, availability, and pricing may change. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for how your organization uses the platform, including obtaining any consent required before messaging guests or staff by SMS or email.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Resabl in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the platform, other customers, or our providers.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
